One definite bright spot at this year’s convention was hearing Robert Sopuck speak.Sopuck is the vice president of policy for western Canada with the Delta Waterfowl Foundation. He is a biologist and self-proclaimed “convert” whose attitude toward the cattle industry had done a complete about-face - he now promotes how beneficial cattle are to the environment.
